Mary Kay Boot Camp

You have made a decision to change your life...you have joined one of the fastest moving, success-oriented UNITS in all of Mary Kay! Congratulations!

It is our Champion Unit Mission for you to be well-trained, excited, and a money-making MK "Pink" soldier!  In order for you to earn your stripes (and a great certificate and graduation prize!), you are required to attend a 4-Week Boot Camp taught by your Senior Director and 3 other top director girlfriends.

How do you enroll and attend these sessions? Immediately contact me via e-mail or phone to let me know you'll be on the call and that you are 'reporting for training.'    Each session is approximately 55-60 minutes in length so grab a cup of coffee or soda, your notepad (cassette recorder if you like), and a A+ student attitude!

Every Sunday night at 7 p.m. Central Time and 8 p.m. Eastern time, we will be featuring a McCoy Director to do training. Everyone is invited to participate. This will be great for all consultants - new and seasoned!!  Please print off all the training materials before this call (click on the links for each class to see the items to print off) and have with you that night. This is new and we are excited to bring you this extended training.

The schedule will run on an on-going basis...You may participate as many times as you choose!  Mary Kay also said "School Is Never Out For The Pro" and I agree.  Please have a notebook, pen, and your 1-inch training binder ready for EVERY class.

Class #1
Running an office in your home, Mary Kay Image, Communication systems,  Business Debut, Inventory/Money Management, and Attitude management.
Class #2
Developing and servicing your customers, scheduling and holding appointments, pre-profiling, coaching the hostess, class preparation. Learn how to maximize the  Mary Kay web site, using email and voice mail communication.
Class #3
Skin care class procedure, and sales techniques. Learn the basics skills needed for sales as well as some advanced tips.  Director will also cover proper class set up, packing for a class, and hostess credit.
Class #4
Team Building Training! People skills, how to build our team, how to conduct an interview and overcoming objections are all discussed.
